Weather Permitting Let us know if you'd like to volunteer at Trip McGarvey Directions to fish the Quittie; There is no safe path to the Quittie from the PSA clubhouse. Every way down is at some time under fire. The best access is from Syner Road. Here are directions from the PSA club house; Leave PSA. Go to Palmyra Belgrove Road and turn left. Go down road to Syner Road. (Just after bridge across the Quittie.) Both Fish and Boat and the PSA coop stock the Quittie along Syner Road from the stone bridge by the Pennsy Quarry downstream a couple miles to our property line. You will see several paths to the stream. Park safely along the road near one of the paths and work your way to the stream. |
Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing, Inc. is dedicated to the physical and emotional rehabilitation of disabled active military service personnel and disabled veterans through fly fishing and associated activities including education and outings.
PHW approached PSA to ask for volunteers willing to share their love of fly fishing, fly tying, and the outdoors by mentoring Veterans at meetings and local events.
The new Lebanon VA program meets at the Navy Ship Club 91 on the 3rd Tuesday from 6-8 pm. The next meeting will be at Lion’s Lake for fly casting with the vets. Check out the Facebook page for updates
